So I wanted to make a quick post about my weekend. First off this week was crazy busy and just out of control. I tried out for the competitive volleyball team. I made it! I am the setter for my team the Hurricanes :) So excited. We have already had one practice and so far I like all of the girls. We will have two practices this week then we have our first tournament this weekend. Nervous, but excited and plus my parents are coming up to watch. It will be like the good old days.
Well besides that and a bunch of homework and friends and studying and playing I made it to Friday. After my last and only class my parents came and got me and took me home. I have to note though that one of the reasons they came down was to fix my broken car :( which is now fixed hahah :)
Before we got home we stopped in Poky and got flu shots and ate at Red Lobster with my Grandma Lil :) Two words: Endless Shrimp!
Well after finally making it home super late we got up in the morning to watch conference. What a great conference it was! It really was amazing and inspiring. The Lord truly does bless us with guidance in all that we do. Plus a few new temples :) Not to mention another in Provo and one in Star Valley! SO cool! It's great news :) Think of all the people that will see the temple in Star Valley passing through to Yellowstone? Well conference was great, I got to see a lot of my family, and saw my doggy :) The weather was perfect ( I absolutely love fall!) and I got to play with my niece and nephews out in the leaves. Raking was a good idea :) I love them! I also got to spend time with my sisters Kelsey and Cordie. I love them so much. I also love how weird Kelsey gets when I'm around haha and only when I'm around. I don't understand it, but I love it.
Well I think I should end this post because I should get to bed. I hope your General Conference weekend was great as well! Did I mention that I love this Gospel?
